CBSE 12th Result 2025: CBSE Declares Class 12 Results; 88.39% Students Pass, Girls Outshine Boys

New Delhi, May 13, 2025 – The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Class 12 examination results for the academic session 2024–25. This year, the board recorded an overall pass percentage of 88.39%, marking a steady performance by students across the country.

In a continuing trend from previous years, girls outperformed boys once again. The pass percentage for girls was notably higher than that of boys, showcasing their academic consistency and dedication.

CBSE congratulated all students and encouraged those who didn’t pass to use available support systems such as re-evaluation and compartment exams. The board also announced that digital mark sheets and certificates would be available soon via the DigiLocker platform.
